Procedure: Call to make an appointment. When you first arrive for your first massage, your therapist will inquire about your reasons for getting a massage. Your current physical condition, medical history, lifestyle, stress level, and areas of discomfort will be reviewed.

In a private room, you will disrobe (underwear remains at your discretion. Your modesty is respected in every aspect of service

Types of Massages:

Swedish: The classic full body massage that eases muscle aches and tension, stimulates circulation, and leaves you with a feeling of peace and harmony.

Deep Tissue: A highly therapeutic massage that locates spasms and hyper-contraction in tissue, eliminates pain causing trigger points, and relieves discomfort ailments such as TMJ, chronic sprains and strains, migraine

Sports Massage: A massage design to enhance athletic performance and recovery. There are three contexts in which sports massage can be useful to an athlete: pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment

Shiatsu: A Japanese form of holistic massage design to balance flows of energy (qi). These flows of energy are called meridians. This type of palm and finger bodywork is applied through clothing. It is used to enhance overall health and well-being.

Hot Stone: A massage used in conjunction with other modalities in which warm stones are placed on points, such as acupuncture points, a sometimes used as massage tool.

Heated Exfoliating Hand or Foot Treatment: A warm soothing hand and foot massage that incorporates exfoliating techniques to eliminate dead skin to give softer and smooth skin tone.
