Swedish: The classic full body massage that eases muscle aches and tension, stimulates circulation, and leaves you with a feeling of peace and harmony.
Deep Tissue: A highly therapeutic massage that locates spasms and hyper-contraction in tissue, eliminates pain causing trigger points, and relieves discomfort ailments such as TMJ, chronic sprains and strains, migraine
Sports Massage: A massage design to enhance athletic performance and recovery. There are three contexts in which sports massage can be useful to an athlete: pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment.
Shiatsu: A Japanese form of holistic massage design to balance flows of energy (qi). These flows of energy are called meridians. This type of palm and finger bodywork is applied through clothing. It is used to enhance overall health and well-being.
